Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is a 60-90 minute session between the coachee (client) and the coach. The coaching process usually includes 8-15 sessions, but this can vary according to personal needs.

The first meeting is free. The goal is to get to know each other, explore how I can support you, and discuss next steps.

If we decide to work together, we agree on the number of sessions and other conditions, and then start the coaching process.

What is ensured during the coaching sessions: confidentiality, full presence, understanding attention, curiosity, honesty, non-judgemental space, objective mirror/feedback, good intention, and thought-provoking, leading questions.

What you will need: commitment, openness, willingness to change, courage to step out of the comfort zone.

The coaching process can be online or in person. Most common coaching topics I work with: creating emotional balance, conscious time management, increasing awareness, managing stress, anger and fear, reframing mistakes, conflict management, relationship with control, effective communication, challenges in the leadership role.
