Why is it so hard to face ourselves?
It is so easy to give advice to another person or see someone else’s weakness, but it gives so much difficulty to admit and change what does not serve us. We are obsessed with the numbers on our watches and in our calendars. We make our life to do lists, tasks, and deadlines. This puts us into the illusion of being in control over everything.
